Role Description The Founder's Office role is a full-time, in office position based in the Mohali district. This role supports the founder across strategic planning, daily operations, and key client initiatives, acting as a bridge between leadership and internal teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, tracking project progress, and documenting decisions and action items. The role involves conducting research, supporting business development activities, and contributing to content and PR initiatives aligned with client and company goals.



The individual will also help streamline processes, manage priorities, and provide analytical and administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the founder’s agenda.

Qualifications

- Strong research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfort with digital tools and collaborative platforms (e.g., office productivity software, project management tools).
- Ability to work proactively, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in PR, marketing, consulting, or a similar client-facing or strategic role is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
