Role Description The Founder Success Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. This role focuses on enabling the founder’s efficiency and impact by coordinating projects, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication with internal teams and global clients. Daily responsibilities include organizing meetings, preparing briefs and reports, tracking deliverables across multiple innovation projects, and following up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

The individual will support strategic initiatives, document key decisions, maintain confidential information, and proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams,



assisting with presentations and investor or client communication, and helping create processes that scale with the company’s rapid growth.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills to coordinate multiple projects and priorities for the founder.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing briefs, reports, presentations, and qualified correspondence.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, partners, and vendors.
- Comfort with technology, productivity tools, and collaboration platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to track progress, anticipate challenges, and suggest practical solutions.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field; prior experience in a founder-support, chief-of-staff, operations, or project coordination role is an advantage.
- Interest in innovation-driven sectors such as robotics, EVs, AI, healthcare technology, or product development is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability to changing priorities and global time zones.
