One of our B2C portfolio companies in the service business is looking for someone to join them at ground zero as part of the Founding Team

Responsibilities

- Design and stand up the offline sales function from scratch
- Help hire, train, and manage the on-ground service team
- Visit customers across Bangalore, and eventually India to refine the service offering
- Serve as an advisor to the Founders on business strategy across all parts of the business
- Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don’t have explicit owners
- Lead company-wide initiatives

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience, ideally in a startup - operating roles, growth, sales, or general management
- High ownership, low ego - comfortable being told "figure it out" and actually figuring it out
- Genuinely hungry to learn entrepreneurship from the inside, not just draw a title
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fieldwork, and being measured on outcomes, not hours
