About the Role

You'll work directly with the CEO on whatever matters most that week. That could be drafting a government proposal, researching a new market, building a pitch deck, or coordinating a pilot. This role is for someone who wants to see how a startup is actually built from the inside.

What You'll Do

- Research markets, competitors, and government schemes for recent projects
- Draft proposals, pitch decks, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate with government departments, partners, and vendors
- Track projects, deadlines, and follow-ups across teams
- Help with hiring, operations, and day-to-day execution
- Take on special projects and see them through to completion

Who We're Looking For

- Strong written and spoken English; Assamese is a big plus
- Clear thinker who can structure messy problems




- Comfortable with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides and AI tools
- Proactive, organised, and reliable with deadlines
- Curious about AI, startups, and public-sector tech
- Students or recent graduates from any background are welcome
