Role Description The Founder role at Orbitek Hub is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Founder will oversee the strategic direction of the platform, define long-term goals, and drive the growth of both training programs and digital services. Daily responsibilities include designing and refining learning offerings, managing key partnerships, guiding marketing and branding initiatives, and ensuring high-quality delivery of services to learners and business clients.





The role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, making data-informed decisions, and optimizing operations, product development, and customer experience. The Founder will also actively represent Orbitek Hub in industry events, cultivate community engagement, and identify new opportunities for innovation and expansion in the digital skills ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills, with experience in building or scaling digital or education-focused ventures.
- Proficiency in digital business domains such as blogging, content creation, SEO, and digital marketing, with a track record of practical implementation.
- Experience in product or program development, curriculum design, or creating structured learning pathways for digital skills.
- Ability to build and manage teams, foster collaboration, and create an inclusive, growth-oriented work culture.
- Solid understanding of website management, online platforms, and digital service delivery, including client relationship management.
- Solid communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills to engage learners, partners, and business clients effectively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and comfort with taking ownership in a fast-changing, growth-focused environment.
- Relevant academic background in business, marketing, technology, or a related field is beneficial; prior entrepreneurial or startup experience is highly valued.
