About the role

We are looking for an Entry-Level Forward Deployed Engineer to work with customers and engineering teams to understand business requirements and help build, customize, and deploy technical solutions. You will contribute to AI-powered applications, API integrations, and automation while developing your implementation skills.

Responsibilities

- Assist in understanding customer requirements and translating them into clear technical tasks.
- Build, test, and customize AI-powered application features with guidance from experienced engineers.
- Support API, database, and third-party platform integrations.
- Develop simple backend components and automation workflows.
- Help troubleshoot technical issues, reproduce bugs, and document fixes.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams and support customer onboarding and implementation.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.




- Basic understanding of APIs, backend development, and databases.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and basic software development workflows.
- Basic knowledge of AI/LLMs and application development.
- Valuable debugging, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and RAG.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker and application deployment.
- Exposure to customer-facing engineering or technical consulting.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical learning. Candidates with relevant academic, personal, or internship projects are encouraged to apply.
