Role Description The Food and Beverage Guest Service Associate and Host role is a full-time, on-site position located in Radisson Blu Hotel Greater Noida. This role involves welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations and table allocations, and coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations. The associate/host supports guests by providing menu guidance, handling inquiries, and addressing special requests, while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness,



and presentation in dining areas.

Daily responsibilities include managing guest flow during peak hours, communicating guest needs to kitchen and bar teams, processing basic billing or check-related tasks, and adhering to hotel policies and safety procedures. The role requires a professional, guest-focused approach, with consistent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Guest Services and Guest Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and professional setting.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, including handling guest requests, feedback, and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Experience with Reservations management or host/hostess duties, including table allocation and guest flow coordination.
- Clear and confident Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Previous experience in food and beverage, restaurant, or hotel operations is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional grooming and demeanor, with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification or diploma is an added advantage.
