Role Description The Food and Beverage Attendant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune, India. This role involves providing attentive and efficient table service, welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in accordance with Hyatt standards. The attendant supports food preparation areas by coordinating with kitchen staff, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in restaurants, bars, and service stations.

Daily responsibilities include setting up and clearing tables, preparing basic beverages,



handling billing and payment processes, and responding to guest inquiries and requests with courteous, professional communication. The role also requires adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality guidelines, while contributing to a positive team environment and an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Food & Beverage and Food Service, with an understanding of restaurant or hotel dining operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation, including basic knowledge of handling ingredients and assisting with simple preparation tasks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service, with a focus on creating welcoming, responsive, and guest-centered experiences.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal communication and skilled interaction with guests and colleagues.
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or hotel food and beverage operations is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and to stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; certification in hospitality or food handling is an advantage.
