Fleet Executive Driver Recruitment & Fleet Operations

Location: Bengaluru

We are looking for a dynamic Fleet Executive with a strong focus on Driver Recruitment and Onboarding to support our growing corporate transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and hire drivers through field recruitment, references, social media, and local networks.
- Conduct driver interviews and verify driving licenses and other documents.
- Complete driver onboarding, induction, and deployment processes.
- Maintain an active database of drivers and ensure continuous hiring to meet operational requirements.
- Coordinate driver attachment as per client and operational requirements.
- Monitor driver attendance, replacements, and availability.
- Coordinate with operations teams for daily driver and vehicle deployment.
- Maintain driver records and compliance documents.
- Handle driver engagement and retention activities.




- Support fleet operations and vendor coordination as required.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Driver Recruitment, Fleet Operations, Employee Transportation, Car Rental, Logistics, or Transportation Industry.
- Solid network and experience in driver hiring.
- Willingness to travel locally for recruitment and operational activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
