We are looking for a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist – Fitness Expert with strong practical knowledge of fitness training, exercise science and rehabilitation-based fitness programs.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently designing fitness programs, demonstrating exercises on camera and developing engaging fitness content for our app, with a focus on secure, effective and scientifically backed workouts.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop structured fitness programs for the app.
- Create workout routines covering strength training, cardio, mobility, flexibility, yoga and low-impact exercises.
- Integrate physiotherapy principles into fitness programs to ensure safe and effective exercise practices.
- Record and demonstrate exercise videos with clear instructions and correct techniques.
- Ensure workouts are suitable for different fitness levels and physical requirements.
- Support clients and members through consultations and fitness guidance sessions wherever required.
- Collaborate with the wider team and report directly to the founder.




- Contribute to building an initial library of fitness programs and exercise videos for the app.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in physiotherapy, fitness coaching or fitness program design.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, exercise physiology, rehabilitation and functional fitness.
- Ability to independently design programs across strength, cardio, mobility, flexibility, yoga and low-impact training.
- Experience in fitness coaching, exercise prescription and movement assessment.
- Comfortable being on camera and demonstrating exercises clearly and safely.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and the local language.
- Must be based in or willing to work on-site from Navi Mumbai.
