Specific Knowledge & Skills

1. Preferably experience of working in energy / Smart metering domain
2. Having strong knowledge and experience on Design & development of embedded system software / IoT networks
3. Hands on experience on ARM/8051/MSP430/Renesas and other popular microcontrollers
4. Good understanding of communication protocol RS485, RS232, SPI, I2C, USB, LCD, Keypad, Flash etc
5. Hands on with Embedded driver , Sigma delta ADC, SAR, UART, RS232, DLMS, Interfacing peripherals- MODEM, SPI, EEPROM, FLASH, LDC, Interrupts, TCP/IP, AT commands, UDP.
6. Good understanding knowledge of DLMS protocol.
7. Compiler IDE- IAR,KEIL, Cross Works for MAXQ, Renesas compiler Cs+.
8. Should be an expert in C programming language and be able to analyze, debug and write large and complex efficient reusable and robust C code.
9. Develop code using effective algorithms and data structures having high CPU and memory performance
10. Design, development, unit test and integration of modules and features
11. Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools etc.
12. Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets.
13. Coding Standards and MISRA rules preferable
