Fire Protection Engineer

Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Fire & Safety Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fire Protection Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical and API Manufacturing Industries to manage fire protection systems, fire safety installations and fire prevention activities for pharmaceutical and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, review and supervise fire protection systems, including fire hydrant, sprinkler and fire suppression systems.
- Handle installation, testing and commissioning of fire protection systems.
- Review fire protection layouts, drawings, technical specifications and BOQs.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, NFPA and applicable fire safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project teams for fire protection execution.
- Monitor installation and maintenance of fire pumps,



hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarms and detection systems.
- Conduct site inspections, fire safety audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure fire safety arrangements for process areas, chemical storage, utility buildings and API manufacturing facilities.

Mandatory Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical and API Manufacturing Industries.
- Hands-on experience in industrial fire protection systems and fire safety installations.
- Knowledge of NFPA, NBC and fire safety regulations.
- BE / B.Tech qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
