Looking for an experienced FP&A; professional to join a leading global team in Bangalore !
? Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
⏰ Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
⏳ Experience: ~10 Years
? Industry Preference: Investment Banking / Global Banks / Big 4 (PwC, State Street, Wells Fargo, Barclays, etc.)
⌛ Notice Period: Max 60 Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
- Manage P&L;, balance sheets, NII/NIM, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
- Build Power BI dashboards, automated models, and high-impact leadership decks.
- Partner closely with onshore/global stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
Key Qualifications & Tech Stack:
- Education: MBA / CA / CFA / CMA / CPA.
- Skills: MS Excel (Expert), Power BI (Expert), PowerPoint, SQL/Alteryx (Valuable to have).
- Added Advantage: Direct team management & property/workforce planning experience.
