Purpose

To Oversees the Shah Group Companies (Medical Devices, Transmission Line Towers, Solar Structures)

financial operations, specializing in cost accounting to maximize profitability. Key duties include developing cost systems, analyzing production costs, budgeting, forecasting, and Ensuring compliance. They provide actionable insights to management, control operational expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting

Roles & Responsibilities

- Cost Accounting & Analysis: Develop/maintain cost accounting systems and analyze production

costs, inventory valuation, and variance between actual and budgeted costs.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed financial forecasts and annual budgets and provide

variance analysis & maintain control.
- Cash Flow: Preparation & projecting future cash flows.
- Cost Control & Efficiency: Implement cost reduction strategies and identify opportunities to

improve operational efficiency.
- Financial Reporting:



Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including profit and loss

analysis and cost findings to management.
- Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations (GAAP/IFRS), tax

laws, and internal policies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with production and operations teams to monitor

expenditures. Educational Background and Work Experience:

- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Certification: CA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 12+ and above. Proven experience in costing, financial analysis, or auditing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Tally, Oracle) and advanced Excel.

Competences:

- Analytical Skills Solid ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to present data to stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
