**Position: Finance Manager – US Accounting

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Onsite (5 days)

Shift Timings: US Shift - Night Shift** Experience: 15+ Years Qualification: CA / CPA (Mandatory)

- We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with strong expertise in US Accounting, financial management, multi-state payroll financing, and financial compliance.
- The candidate should have experience managing finance and accounting teams, preferably within the US staffing or contingent workforce industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day US accounting and finance operations.
- Oversee multi-state payroll financing and cash flow management.
- Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR Aging) and accelerate cash collections.
- Manage Accounts Payable and vendor payments.
- Analyze gross margins, bill-to-pay ratios, markup rates, and contingent labor metrics.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws, payroll tax regulations, and workers' compensation insurance audits.
- Establish internal financial controls and manage accounting and payroll teams.




- Analyze profitability by branch, client account, and business vertical.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports.
- Present financial performance, business risks, and growth strategies to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- CA / CPA certification is mandatory.
- 15+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Strong hands-on experience in US Accounting and financial operations.
- Experience with US multi-state payroll, payroll taxes, and compliance.
- Expertise in AR, AP, cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of gross margin analysis, bill-to-pay ratios, and staffing financial metrics.
- Proven experience managing finance, accounting, and payroll teams.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Background

- Experience in US IT Staffing, recruitment, or contingent workforce companies.
- Experience handling multi-state US payroll and financial operations.
- Exposure to workers' compensation audits and US payroll tax audits.
