We are hiring: Finance Manager | Matta Naad | Kalady, Kerala

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Finance Manager to lead financial planning, costing and reporting, strengthen financial controls, and provide strategic financial insights to Management.

Experience: 8-12 years

Qualification: CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent

Industry Preference: FMCG / Food Manufacturing

Location: Kalady, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
- Oversee product costing, manufacturing costs and cost optimization
- Analyze product-wise profitability, margins and cost variances
- Monitor working capital, fund flow and inventory valuation
- Prepare financial MIS, management reports and profitability statements
- Ensure financial controls,



statutory compliance and audit coordination
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to Management

Requirements:

- Strong experience in finance, costing and financial analysis
- Valuable understanding of manufacturing / FMCG operations
- Expertise in taxation, budgeting and financial management
- Excellent analytical, leadership and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

Mandatory: Candidates must be fluent in Malayalam.
