Position: Finance Manager (Qualified CA)

Role Overview:

Looking for a qualified CA to independently manage the company's finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, budgeting and cash flow, working closely with the Founder.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounting, financial reporting, MIS and monthly closures.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, profitability and cash flow.
- Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, audits and statutory compliances.
- Manage marketplace and D2C reconciliations, settlements and payment gateways.
- Monitor inventory, product profitability, working capital and expenses.
- Establish financial controls and manage the accounts team.




- Provide financial insights and reports to the Founder.

Requirements:

- Qualified CA from ICAI.
- 5–10 years of relevant corporate finance experience.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, retail or consumer brands preferred.
- Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, MIS and financial planning.
- Exposure to marketplace reconciliation, inventory and working capital management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software and advanced Excel.
- Ability to independently manage finance operations and work with senior leadership.
