Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the overall finance, accounts, taxation and financial operations of the organisation.

- Develop financial strategies, budgets, cash-flow forecasts and long-term financial plans.

- Manage project finance, construction finance, working capital and fund allocation across real estate projects.

- Handle banking relationships, loans, credit facilities and financial negotiations with banks and NBFCs.

- Monitor project profitability, costing, financial performance and investment returns.

- Ensure statutory compliance, GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC and other regulatory requirements.

- Drive financial planning, MIS reporting, internal controls and cost optimisation.

- Manage audits, financial statements, balance sheets and annual budgeting.





- Oversee financial risk management and ensure effective utilisation of company funds.

Candidate Profile

- ICWA / CMA qualification is mandatory.

- Minimum 15+ years of overall experience in Finance & Accounts.

- Robust experience in the Real Estate / Construction Industry is mandatory.

- Proven expertise in project finance, fund management, taxation, budgeting and financial controls.

- Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation and decision-making skills.

- Ability to manage large-scale financial operations and lead the finance team.
