We are looking for Field Technicians to support network operations through on-site technical assistance, network troubleshooting and maintenance activities. Freshers and candidates with basic technical knowledge are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit assigned locations for technical troubleshooting and support.
- Assist with network installation and maintenance activities.
- Identify and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot broadband and network-related faults.
- Coordinate with the NOC team for technical support and issue resolution.
- Perform routine network checks and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain service reports and update work status.




- Ensure timely resolution of assigned technical issues.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and candidates with basic technical knowledge can apply.
- Basic understanding of networking and telecommunications.
- ITI, Diploma or relevant technical qualification is preferred.
- Knowledge of broadband, routers and network equipment is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in field operations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary Details
- Fresher / Basic Knowledge: ₹2.40 LPA (CTC).
- Experienced: ₹3 LPA (CTC).

Working Hours Rotational Shifts.
