Role Description The Field Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role oversees daily field operations, ensuring that security personnel are deployed effectively and adhere to company standards and client requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising guards and field teams, conducting site inspections, monitoring compliance with procedures, and coordinating with clients to address operational issues.

The Field

Supervisor will prepare reports,



track incident resolutions, support training and performance feedback for field staff, and ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed. The role also involves close collaboration with branch management to optimize staffing, improve service quality, and maintain strong relationships with client sites.

Qualifications

- Experience in field supervision or operations management in security, facilities management, or a related industry.
- Strong people management and leadership skills, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Solid understanding of security operations, site procedures, and basic risk management concepts.
- Good communication and coordination skills for working with clients, field staff, and internal teams.
- Ability to work on-site across multiple locations in Bengaluru and manage time-sensitive operational issues.
- Comfort with basic reporting, documentation, and use of mobile/desktop tools for tracking field activities.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail in executing duties.
- Prior experience in the security services domain and knowledge of local regulatory requirements is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in management, security, or related fields is preferred.
