We are looking for freelance L1 Field Support Engineers for short-term IT support and dispatch activities. The selected resources will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations at client locations.

The locations are Gurugram and Jhajjar. Please see the details below.

Position: L1 Desktop Support Engineer

Engagement Type: Freelance / On-Call Dispatch

Duration: 1st Week of December 2026 to 3rd Week of December 2026

Work Mode: In office (Gurugram or Jhajjar)

Start Date: 1st Week of December 2026

End Date: 3rd Week of December 2026

Location 1: DLF Phase 3, Sector 24, Behind Ambience Mall, NH-8, Gurugram

Location 2: Plot number 1, Village- Bid Dadri, Tehsil and Dist.- Jhajjar, Haryana, PIN Code (124103)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1 desktop and end-user technical support at client locations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop, and laptop-related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
- Provide support for MS Office, Outlook, and other standard business applications.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet,



and basic network connectivity issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Perform basic hardware diagnostics and coordinate hardware replacements when required.
- Assist users with login issues, password resets, and basic access-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of incidents and activities performed.
- Coordinate with the central IT support team for escalations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support.
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and network troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently at client locations.
