We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Officer to join our agile team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of banking products, particularly focusing on CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) offerings. This role requires a proactive approach to engage with potential clients in both B2C and B2B environments, ensuring that our services meet their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and target potential customers through field sales activities.
- Promote and sell CASA products to individuals and businesses, ensuring a thorough understanding of their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the banking sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.




- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape product offerings.

Required Skills
