Position: Field Sales Executive – Admissions

Location: Punjab (Field Visits)

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Travel Allowance: Provided by the Institute

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres and local areas to promote educational courses.
- Generate leads through field visits, campaigns and networking.
- Meet students and parents to explain courses, fees and admission opportunities.
- Counsel and convince prospective students to take admission.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Build relationships with teachers, principals and local influencers.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.




- Maintain daily visit records and sales reports.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development or Admissions.
- Education-sector experience will be an advantage.
- Robust communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of Punjabi and Hindi; working English preferred.
- Good knowledge of the local Punjab market.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and travelling.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
