? Hiring: Premium Account Executive, Field Sales | PhonePe ?

We’re hiring for one of India’s largest fintech companies, and this role is a strong starting point for anyone who loves sales and meeting people.

About the role

You’ll drive on-ground B2C sales in your assigned territory. You’ll visit shops and local businesses, help merchants adopt digital payment solutions, install devices, and build long-term relationships with business owners.

What you’ll do

? Acquire and onboard current merchants in your territory

? Promote POS/EDC machines and digital payment solutions

? Drive merchant activation and transaction growth

? Upsell and cross-sell relevant products

? Build lasting merchant relationships

? Achieve sales targets consistently

? Track competitor activity in your area

Who we’re looking for

✔️ Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or field sales

✔️ 12th pass or above

✔️ Age up to 35 years

✔️ Good communication in the local language and Hindi (basic English is a plus)





✔️ Strong negotiation skills and a target-driven mindset

✔️ Ability to work independently in the field

✔️ Own two-wheeler preferred

Preferred backgrounds: FinTech, banking, insurance, FMCG, telecom, direct sales, credit card or loan sales, UPI/QR code sales, POS/EDC, merchant acquisition, or any customer-facing sales role.
