Role Overview The Field Sales Executive - Life Insurance is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring compliance with accuracy and regulatory requirements while selling life insurance products. This role involves direct interaction with potential clients to educate them about the benefits of life insurance and assist them in making informed decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and acquire recent clients through field sales activities.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, particularly High Net Worth Individuals (HNI).
- Present life insurance products to clients, clearly articulating the features, benefits, and terms of policy offerings.
- Establish and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers to enhance client retention.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations,



and ethical standards throughout the sales process.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends for management review.
