Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-oriented professionals for the role of Executive / Senior Executive – Client Acquisition in our New Sales Division (NSD). The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring new business clients, generating leads, promoting IndiaMART's services, and building long-term client relationships through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire potential business clients through field visits and market mapping.
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and pitch IndiaMART's products and services.




- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
- Convert leads into successful business acquisitions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel and work in a field-based sales role.
