Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end blue-collar recruitment, bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding to meet hiring targets within the required TAT.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end blue-collar and bulk recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants and local channels.
- Hire for Pickers, Packers, Delivery Executives, Warehouse and Store Associates.
- Conduct walk-in interviews and recruitment drives.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, daily reports and MIS.
- Coordinate documentation,



background verification and onboarding.

Required Skills:

- Experience in blue-collar and bulk hiring.
- Strong sourcing, screening and coordination skills.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and MS Excel.
- Ability to meet hiring targets and manage multiple vacancies.
