Job Summary

LegUp is looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Relationship Officers (FROs) to source and onboard Nannies, Babysitters, Japa Nannies, and Elder Caregivers. The primary responsibility is to identify potential caregivers through field visits, local networks, references, and agencies, and build a strong caregiver supply network for the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure Nannies, Babysitters, Japa Nannies, and Elder Caregivers through field visits and local networks.
- Identify potential caregivers through residential communities, local markets, agencies, and referrals.
- Explain LegUp's services, earning opportunities, and registration process to potential caregivers.
- Collect caregiver details, documents, and complete the onboarding process.
- Coordinate background verification and reference checks.
- Build and maintain relationships with onboarded caregivers.
- Maintain a database of sourced, registered, and verified caregivers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly caregiver sourcing targets.




- Submit daily field activity and sourcing reports.
- Coordinate with the internal Supply Chain and Operations teams.

Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales, recruitment, manpower sourcing, or field operations.
- Experience in sourcing domestic workers, nannies, babysitters, or housekeeping staff is preferred.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong local networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of caregiver leads generated.
- Number of caregivers successfully onboarded.
- Number of verified and active caregivers.
- Achievement of monthly procurement targets.
- Caregiver availability and retention.

Role Objective: To build a reliable and quality pool of Nannies, Babysitters, Japa Nannies, and Elder Caregivers to meet LegUp's customer requirements. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
