HypeHaus is a software platform built for a real-world category. The Field Ops Lead owns what software can't see: the door, the manager on shift, the guest who walked in confused, the post-event walkthrough at 3am. Five nights a week, you're inside Mumbai's venue network — the partner relationships you build are how we keep the platform alive.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operate inside 4–6 Mumbai venues every week — pre-shift walk, peak-hours hosting check, post-shift debrief

Be the human face of HypeHaus to venue managers, security teams, and front-of-house staff

Catch product issues before guests complain — broken QR flows, list mismatches, comp-token glitches — and route them to engineering same-night

Run the venue activation playbook for current partners — first 14 nights live, hands-on

Train venue staff on the HypeHaus dashboard, list flow, and entry experience

Capture content on the ground — vibe shots, queue, doormen,



the room — for the content team

Build a relationship with every door manager in our partner network. They text you first when something breaks.

Send the founder a Monday-morning recap of the weekend across every venue we operated

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

2–5 years inside Mumbai nightlife, hospitality, or events — venue staff, promoter, brand activation, FOH manager

You already know the doormen, managers, and DJs at 10+ relevant Mumbai venues

Comfort working Wednesday–Sunday nights, every week, including most public holidays

Calm under pressure — when something breaks at 1am, you fix it instead of escalating

Sharp instinct for guest experience — you can spot a broken vibe across the room

Bonus: prior experience scaling on-ground ops for a multi-venue brand or platform
