Hiring: Field Recruiter

Location: Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana

Job Type: Full Time

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 + Attractive Incentives

We are looking for experienced and energetic Field Recruiters for hiring Delivery Boys / Delivery Partners in Gurgaon. Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in field recruitment and be comfortable with daily outdoor activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit different markets, residential areas and localities in Gurgaon to hire delivery boys.
- Source candidates through direct field visits and local networking.
- Approach potential candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Explain salary, incentives, working hours and job perks.
- Generate daily candidate leads and convert them into successful joinings.
- Assist candidates with registration, onboarding and KYC documentation.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team for smooth joining.




- Follow up with candidates until successful joining.
- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain daily field recruitment and joining reports.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in field recruitment.
- Experience in hiring Delivery Boys / Delivery Partners will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Must be comfortable with daily outdoor fieldwork.
- Knowledge of Gurgaon locations will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
