Role Overview

We are looking for an FG Inventory Executive who can manage and coordinate the complete operational flow from dispatch to execution and production, ensuring smooth inventory movement and timely fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage finished goods inventory and ensure accurate stock records.

- Coordinate daily dispatch operations and ensure timely order fulfilment.

- Monitor the movement of goods between dispatch, execution, and production.

- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for inventory availability.

- Ensure proper stock planning and timely replenishment.

- Track inward and outward stock and maintain inventory documentation.





- Monitor dispatch schedules and resolve operational delays.

- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain inventory accuracy.

- Ensure smooth coordination between production, warehouse, and dispatch teams.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Prior experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, production coordination, or dispatch management is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.

- Understanding of stock movement and production processes.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple operational activities efficiently.
