Job Details
- Position: Sales Promoter
- Gender: Female Candidates Only
- Salary: 4 LPA Performance-Based Incentives
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Rotational weekly off as per operational requirements
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Training: Product and operational training will be provided.
The selected candidates will be deployed at hospital pharmacy outlets that also have dedicated mother and baby care retail sections, offering products such as baby clothing, diapers, and other essential mother and baby care products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day outlet operations, including billing and customer handling.
- Promote and sell company products available at the outlet.
- Interact with customers and explain product features, advantages, and usage.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Coordinate with hospital staff and other stakeholders to increase product awareness and sales.
- Ensure proper product display, visibility, and customer engagement.
- Handle overall outlet management efficiently.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and earn additional performance-based incentives.
