Program Overview:

Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility and Pregnancy Centre invites applications from qualified medical professionals for its 1-Year Institutional Fellowship Program in Reproductive Medicine (FRM).

The fellowship is designed to provide structured clinical training and practical exposure in fertility management, infertility treatment and Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART).

Candidates can choose between Basic FRM and Advanced FRM based on their learning requirements and career goals.

Fellowship Programs:

1. Basic Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine (Basic FRM)

- Duration: 1 Year
- Course Fee: ₹7,00,000
- Monthly Stipend: ₹60,000
- Clinical training and practical exposure in fertility management.
- Observational exposure to Oocyte Pick-up (OPU) and Embryo Transfer (ET) procedures.

1. Advanced Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine (Advanced FRM)

- Duration: 1 Year
- Course Fee: ₹9,00,000
- Monthly Stipend: ₹75,000
- Comprehensive clinical training and practical exposure.
- Hands-on training in Oocyte Pick-up (OPU) and Embryo Transfer (ET), subject to competency, performance and institutional supervision.

Enrollment Options: Candidates can select one of the following enrollment options:

Option 1: Fellowship Only

- Complete the 1-year fellowship program.
- No additional service commitment after fellowship completion.





Option 2: Fellowship with 3-Year Service Commitment

- Complete the 1-year fellowship followed by a 3-year service commitment with Dr. Aravind’s IVF.
- Course fee refund upon successful completion of the 3-year service commitment, subject to applicable program terms.
- Advanced FRM candidates choosing this option receive hands-on exposure from the first month, subject to training requirements.
- After successful fellowship completion, the initial professional fee package will be ₹1.5 lakh to ₹2 lakh per month, along with performance-based incentives, as outlined in the program.
- Annual increments may be up to ₹50,000, based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

- MBBS degree from a recognised medical institution.
- Completed postgraduate qualification in MS / MD / DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Freshers with the required postgraduate qualification are eligible to apply.
- Interest in Reproductive Medicine, Infertility Management and IVF.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to participate in a structured 1-year fellowship program.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
