Key Expectations

- Report before shift begins, complete briefing, take charge of operations
- Executive must remain visible on cafeteria floor during service, especially B C shifts
- Maintain cleanliness before, during and after service




- Proper utensil segregation, sanitation, cross-checks, food safety compliance
- Complete documented handover of pending issues, stock and equipment
- Complete all assigned shift-wise activities
- Complete registers, validations, inventory reports and statutory records
- Escalate operational issues immediately
- Resolve employee complaints professionally and promptly
- Take responsibility without excuses
- Suggest operational improvements
- Fortnightly inventory, reports and new induction to be submitted on time
- Timely updates on operational challenges
- Guide staff, allocate work and monitor execution
