Job SummaryWe are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and customer-oriented F&B; Server with prior experience in a café environment. The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to deliver excellent guest service while ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and take orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organised, and properly set up.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for timely order execution.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.




- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with billing and payment procedures whenever required.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and provide a pleasant dining experience.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as an F&B; Server, preferably in a café.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and handle busy service hours.
- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
