Job Responsibilities

- Design and develop automotive interior and exterior plastic trims using CATIA V5/V6.
- Work on components such as:
- Instrument Panel (IP) / Dashboard
- Door Trims and Door Panels
- Centre Console
- A/B/C Pillar Trims
- Headliner
- Bumper and Grilles
- Garnishes and Claddings
- Exterior Plastic Trims

- Perform 3D modelling, part design, assembly design and 2D drawings.
- Work on plastic component design, draft analysis and wall thickness.
- Understand injection moulding and tooling feasibility.
- Ensure design feasibility, packaging and assembly requirements.
