Role & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with design and sourcing teams to curate seasonal product ranges aligned with brand DNA and market demand.
- Monitor competitor pricing, trend movements, and consumer behavior to inform buying and markdown strategies.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate MOQs, lead times, and cost structures to maximize margin and efficiency.
- Track inventory turnover, sell-through rates, and stock levels to ensure optimal availability and reduce overstock.
- Prepare and present buying plans, open-to-buy budgets, and performance dashboards to senior merchandising leadership.




- Adhere to a 2-year bond agreement with structured growth milestones and cross-functional exposure across buying, planning, and retail analytics.
