ELVOR is Hiring | Fashion Designer — Baby & Kidswear

We're building a premium baby and kidswear brand with a timeless aesthetic and a focus on comfort, quality, and thoughtful details.

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Fashion Designer who can take designs from concept through sampling and production approval.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Full-time

Experience: 1–3 years, preferably in baby or kidswear

What you'll work on

- Develop collections for newborns and children up to 6 years
- Create mood boards, colour palettes, flat sketches, and detailed tech packs
- Develop prints, embroidery artwork, and garment details
- Select fabrics and trims suitable for baby and kidswear
- Coordinate with manufacturers on sampling and design revisions
- Review garment fit, measurements, construction, and finishing
- Track sample approvals and meet development timelines

What we're looking for

- A qualification in Fashion Design or a related field




- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Knowledge of knit and woven garment construction
- Understanding of fabrics, surface treatments, and age-appropriate design
- Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Ownership and consistent follow-through
