Job Summary

Leeshore Academy is seeking an industry-experienced Faculty Trainer to instruct students and young professionals in core logistics processes integrated with modern enterprise technology. In this role, you will bridge the gap between logistics theory and practical execution by teaching SAP (MM/SD/LE/EWM), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Microsoft Power BI for Supply Chain Analytics, alongside delivering Soft Skills & Workplace Communication training to maximize candidate employability.

Key Responsibilities1. Logistics Core & Enterprise Systems Training

- Deliver practical, scenario-based training on end-to-end logistics operations (freight forwarding, inventory control, shipping documentation, and multi-modal transit).
- Instruct learners on SAP functional workflows, focusing on core supply chain modules such as SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), and LE/EWM (Logistics Execution / Extended Warehouse Management).
- Guide hands-on sessions on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), covering inventory tracking, barcode/RFID workflows, stock reconciliation, inward/outward processing, slotting, and dispatch operations.

1. Business Intelligence & Analytics (Power BI)

- Train candidates on building operational logistics dashboards using Microsoft Power BI (KPIs such as On-Time In-Full delivery, warehouse capacity utilization, freight cost per unit, and inventory aging).
- Teach foundational data modeling, Power Query transformations, DAX expressions, and data visualization best practices for supply chain reporting.

1. Soft Skills & Qualified Employability Coaching

- Conduct interactive sessions on workplace communication, corporate email etiquette, cross-functional collaboration,



and professional presentation skills.
- Mentor candidates through interview preparation, resume building tailored to logistics/analytics roles, mock interviews, and group discussions.
- Train students in critical thinking, client coordination, and conflict resolution in fast-paced operational environments.

1. Curriculum & Assessment Management

- Design and update lesson plans, assignments, real-life logistics case studies, and lab exercises.
- Evaluate learner performance through periodic quizzes, capstone simulation projects, and practical system tests.
- Provide constructive, individual feedback to support career readiness and corporate placement goals.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications Requirement Area Specification Education - Bachelor's / Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Computer Applications (BCA/MCA), B.Tech, or MBA.

Experience 0-1+ years in logistics/supply chain operations, warehousing, or corporate training with enterprise software experience.

Software ProficiencyHands-on experience with SAP (MM/SD/EWM), commercial or open-source WMS, and Microsoft Power BI / Advanced Excel.

Certifications *(Preferred)*SAP Certified Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300), or recognized Supply Chain credentials (APICS/CSCP).

Facilitation SkillsExceptional verbal and written English communication; strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
