Siliguri Institute of Robotics AI & Management™ (SiRM) invites applications from qualified, experienced, and passionate professionals for the position of Faculty / Technical Trainer across various professional training programs.

We are looking for subject experts who can deliver industry-oriented training, practical demonstrations, and hands-on learning experiences.

Position Details

- Position: Faculty / Technical Trainer
- Organization: Siliguri Institute of Robotics AI & Management™ (SiRM)
- Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree in the relevant subject or equivalent specialization
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching, training, or industry experience preferred
- Remuneration: ₹1,000 – ₹2,500 per day, depending on qualifications, experience, and expertise
- Accommodation & Food: May be provided for eligible candidates, subject to institute policies and mutual agreement
- Location: Siliguri, West Bengal, and other training locations as required

Special Opportunity for Trainers Candidates who do not have the required 3 years of experience but possess the necessary academic qualifications and technical expertise may also apply.

SiRM may consider such candidates for training opportunities and, where applicable, provide an experience certificate based on the actual training or professional engagement completed with the institute.

Please note: Experience certificates will be issued only for genuine work or training engagement and in accordance with applicable rules.

Required Qualifications & Expertise

Candidates must possess

- A Master’s Degree in the relevant subject or related specialization.
- Strong subject knowledge and practical technical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training.
- Skilled attitude and commitment to quality education.
- Relevant industry certifications or professional qualifications will be an advantage.
