? WE ARE HIRING – FAILURE ANALYSIS ENGINEER (SMT & ASSEMBLY)

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Failure Analysis Engineer to provide on-site technical and production quality support at our customer's factory.

? Job Location: On-site at Customer Factory

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily rejection verification on SMT and Assembly production floors.
- Troubleshoot production defects and quality-related issues.
- Conduct failure analysis and identify root causes of defects.
- Provide on-site technical support to SMT and Assembly production teams.
- Assist IQC in investigating incoming material and component quality issues.
- Coordinate with customer production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve problems.
- Prepare failure analysis reports and support corrective actions.
- Monitor recurring defects and drive quality improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:
- ITI or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.




- 1–2 years of experience in an FAE role or EMS factory.
- Basic knowledge of SMT, PCBA, and electronics assembly processes.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and defect identification.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fresh graduates with relevant practical knowledge may also be considered.

Someone who is hands-on, proactive, willing to work on the production floor, and capable of solving technical problems in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
