Key Responsibilities:

- Production Operations: Oversee day-to-day manufacturing processes and machine operations to ensure production schedules and output targets are consistently met on time.
- Inventory & Materials: Supervise raw material handling, stock reconciliation, and dispatch coordination for seamless supply chain delivery.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Implement and maintain stringent food manufacturing, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols across the facility.
- Workforce Supervision: Lead, train, and manage on-floor supervisors, machine operators, and factory staff to maintain optimum operational productivity.




- Plant Maintenance: Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and preserve machinery efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

- Education: Graduate or Diploma in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 5–10 years of hands-on plant/factory management experience within the FMCG, Agro, or Food Manufacturing sectors.
- Solid leadership, floor coordination, inventory control, and operational troubleshooting skills.
