Position Title: Technical Facility Manager

Job Summary: The Technical Facility Manager is responsible for the overall management, operation, and maintenance of facility infrastructure, ensuring seamless functioning of all technical systems, statutory compliance, safety standards, and client satisfaction. The role involves managing MEP services, HVAC systems, utilities, vendor performance, and delivering efficient facility operations through effective stakeholder engagement and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facility Operations Management

- Oversee the day-to-day technical operations of the facility to ensure uninterrupted business activities.
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Monitor facility performance and ensure operational efficiency across all building services.
- Manage maintenance schedules, shutdown activities, and critical equipment uptime.

2. MEP, HVAC & Utility Management

- Manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure optimum functionality.
- Supervise HVAC operations, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Monitor electrical systems, DG sets, transformers, UPS, STP/WTP, pumps, and other utility services.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical breakdowns and system failures.

3. Vendor & AMC Management

- Manage and coordinate with service providers, contractors, and vendors for facility-related services.
- Administer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), ensuring compliance with service standards and SLAs.
- Evaluate vendor performance, process invoices, and control operational costs.




- Ensure timely execution of maintenance activities through effective vendor management.

4. Compliance, Safety & Statutory Adherence

- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness drills.
- Maintain all statutory records, licenses, permits, and compliance documentation.
- Implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) best practices across the facility.

5. Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding technical facility operations.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, occupants, and internal stakeholders.
- Address client concerns, service requests, and operational escalations promptly.
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

6. MIS Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare and present periodic MIS reports covering operational performance, maintenance activities, compliance status, and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance records, incidents, audits, and vendor performance.
- Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC operations, electrical infrastructure, and utility management.
- Expertise in facility management practices, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Vendor and contract management skills.
- Understanding of statutory compliances, safety regulations, and HSE standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems.
