Role Description The Facade Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for façade works, including material quantities, labor, and associated activities for residential and commercial projects. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru South involves reviewing architectural and structural drawings, preparing BOQs, performing rate analysis, and coordinating with design, procurement, and project teams to align estimates with technical specifications. The role includes conducting market research for pricing, evaluating vendor quotations, and supporting negotiation and finalization of façade-related contracts.





The engineer will monitor cost implications during project execution, provide technical inputs to optimize façade designs, and ensure adherence to company standards and timelines. Regular reporting, documentation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders are key aspects of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong cost estimation skills, including BOQ preparation and project estimation for façade and related works.
- Candidates should possess core civil engineering knowledge, with the ability to interpret architectural, structural, and façade drawings.
- Candidates should possess effective negotiation and vendor coordination skills to support pricing discussions and contract finalization.
- Candidates should possess solid research and analytical skills for market rate analysis, material specifications, and value engineering.
- Beneficial qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, experience in façade/curtain wall systems, and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
- Additional desirable skills include proficiency in estimation and design software, robust numerical and detail-orientation, explicit written and verbal communication, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams.
