- Fabric Inward and Verification

- Receive fabric rolls from suppliers and processing units.

- Verify delivery challans, purchase orders, fabric type, colour, lot number, roll count, and quantity.

- Check fabric width, GSM, shade variation, and visible defects.

- Coordinate with the quality team for fabric inspection and approval.

- Fabric Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate fabric stock records, roll details, and lot-wise inventory.

- Update inward, issue, return, and balance quantities in ERP or Excel.

- Ensure proper fabric identification, labelling, stacking, and storage.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

- Fabric Issue and Production Coordination

- Issue fabric to the cutting department according to approved cutting plans and production requirements.

- Ensure the correct colour, shade, lot, and quantity are issued for each order.

- Coordinate with merchandising, purchase, stores, and production teams to avoid fabric shortages.





- Monitor fabric availability against order and cutting requirements.

- Quality and Loss Control

- Ensure fabric inspection is carried out according to company procedures and buyer requirements.

- Segregate rejected, damaged, and defective fabric and report the issues.

- Monitor fabric consumption, wastage, shortages, and excess quantities.

- Maintain lot segregation and shade grouping to avoid mixing issues during cutting.

- Documentation and Reporting

- Maintain fabric inward registers, stock statements, issue slips, and return records.

- Prepare daily fabric stock and shortage reports.

- Maintain order-wise fabric reconciliation and consumption reports.

- Report stock discrepancies, quality problems, and material shortages to management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
