Urgent job opening for the post of Export Manager at Thane.
Experience: 5 years an above
Qualification: Any Graduate
Job profile
1. Daily planning and co-ordination with the Management & Factory with dispatch of materials.
2. Handling Solely complete shipment formalities.
3. Follow up with Shipping Company / Freight Forwarders for rate negotiation and planning of timely movement of the goods as per the requirement.
4. Hand on experience on L/Cs, Complete Notification Understanding and other applications.
5. Proper co-ordination with the concerned departments for the procurement of the materials & the sort out any commercial aspects like payment terms.
6. Evaluation & selection of freight forwarders for best possible lowest freight in the Market & get proper service for the shipments.
7. Planned & Timely dispatch of the materials from the Suppliers / factory.
8.
Timely submission of the Export Documents in bank or Clients & solve queries raised by them if any.
9. Co-ordination of export shipments from origin until final destination.
10. Payment follow-ups to the client & highlight the same to concerned departments if any deferred in payments.
11. Execute complete export cycle.
