Job Responsibilities
- Maintain records of all company-owned and Directors' / Management's private vehicles.
- Monitor insurance, PUC, RC, fitness certificates, permits and tax renewal dates.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs and periodic maintenance.
- Schedule service appointments with authorised dealers and workshops.
- Maintain vehicle-wise service history and expense records.
- Coordinate vehicle breakdowns, accident claims and emergency repairs.
- Monitor pending traffic challans and vehicle compliance.
- Obtain repair quotations and coordinate with vendors.
- Verify vehicle-related bills and submit them to Accounts.
- Prepare monthly vehicle status, maintenance and compliance reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up on AMC, warranty and insurance claims.
Required Skills
- Basic automobile knowledge.
- Knowledge of vehicle documentation and RTO procedures.
- Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
- MS Excel and computer knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple vehicle records.
Note: The position is strictly limited to vehicle-related administration, maintenance, documentation and compliance. Company vehicles and private vehicles must be maintained under separate records. All major repairs and expenses require prior management approval Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
