; Key Responsibilities:

- ; Billing Documentation: Create Sales Orders, Delivery Challans (DC), and Tax Invoices accurately in SAP Business One.
- ; Returns Adjustments: Process Credit Notes after verifying approvals.
- ; Logistics Gate Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile the Gate Outward Register against SAP Delivery Challans and Invoices to prevent unauthorized stock movement.
- ; Record Keeping: Maintain the Sales Register for taxation and audit purposes.
- ; Inventory Control Reconciliation: Perform serial-number-wise reconciliation of SAP Business One inventory records with physical Finished Goods (FG) in the warehouse.
- ; Statutory Compliance: Generate E-Way Bills and E-Invoices through government portals or SAP-integrated add-ons.




- ; Discrepancy Management: Investigate and resolve mismatches between system serial numbers, physical stocks, and gate entry records.

; Required Skills Qualifications:

- ; Experience: 2 5 years of experience in billing, gate operations, and inventory controls.
- ; ERP Expertise: Mandatory hands-on expertise in SAP Business One , particularly Sales-A/R and Inventory (Serial Number Management).
- ; Logistics Excel Skills: Experience managing physical gate registers and advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- ; Compliance Knowledge: Thorough understanding of GST regulations, E-Way Bill rules, Credit/Debit Note compliance, and commercial documentation.
