A. Job Objective

- To create and maintain technical documents as per GLP and GMP requirement

B. Primary responsibilities

Strategic and planning

- Ensure creation and updation of all technical documents in the system as per GLP and GMP requirement to facilitate manufacturing requirement and handover of products and processes from D&T; to manufacturing facility.

- Creation and management of Technical Document
- Updation of technical and production related docuement in SAP system

- Manage and update Quality & Regulatory Systems
- Creation and updation of product hand over document such as Standard Testing & Specification , Bill of Materials (BOM) & Product Structure.
- Ensuring data accuracy & attention to detail

Internal Processes

- Establish cross-functional Coordination
- Use digital documentation and analytical tools to make paper less workspace

People development:

- NA

- Zero delay in manufacturing products due to absence/error in document in SAP system
- Zero non conformity during audit in D&T;

- Availability of handover and technology transfer document for all D&T; projects
- Error free TDS, SOP, STP and BOM
