Location

- Gurugram Responsibilities
- In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the end-to-end management of incidents and issues across Macquarie Asset Management s global operations, leading triage, investigations, and stakeholder communications.




- You will identify root causes and impacts while ensuring accurate and complete records are maintained in OpenPages system.
- Working closely with global business and risk stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement in risk management practices and contribute to group-wide initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor s degree with 4+ years of experience in operational risk, audit, compliance, assurance, or risk management.
- Strong understanding of business processes, risk frameworks, controls, and governance principles.
- Experience in financial markets, ideally within asset management.
- Proven ability to analyse incidents, identify root causes, assess impacts, and recommend effective risk mitigations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement across teams.
